My windows are now fully installed, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service they provided.

I would especially like to recognize Dawn Miller for promptly responding to all of my emails, as well as the installation team — Walter, David, and Yosemar — who did an outstanding job. They were efficient, courteous, and highly professional. I would also like to thank Alex for coming out to finalize the installation and ensure everything was completed to the highest standard.

Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in their work truly set them apart. If you are considering hurricane windows, I highly recommend this company — you will be in excellent hands.

For my home renovation, I had about 5 Window company for free estimation. I finally choose Window World. The Saleman Tim Niesman gave me the reasonable qoute and some discount, unlike other company they gave me a high sky qoute then bargain it down ??? Sounds like a scam, huh? I probably got it done last year but I was not ready for the new window purchase although I signed a contract with 50% deposit. I advised the office the reason why I backed out of the contract; amazingly they sent me the full refund. I was impressed with their professionalism. This year, I came back to Window World to sign a new contract and made it through. The installation was smoothly and very professional with Anthony and his crews. They were on time, very nice people and Anthony answered all my questions. They did a great job for installation although they had to order the new screens for perfect fit; I have no doubt that Window World will take care of that issue and make it right due to their professionalism. The office always answer my questions when I needed it. It's a good experience with Window World from the Saleman Tim Niesman, Anthony and his crews for installation and Ms. Dawn and office staff. I highly recommend Window World if you are still searching for window replacements.

The installers were absolutely AMAZING!! Anthony, Josue, and Gerson!! Humble and respectful of my home and everything in it. Anthony answered all my questions when I had doubts. I followed him around the house and he was always willing to talk me through the whole process! He went above and beyond to make me happy!! They all worked very hard and treated my home like it was their home! They worked and got the job done in one day! 11 windows, which included a sliding glass door install!! If I need to replace any other openings in my house, without a doubt, WINDOW WORLD IT IS!! Thank you, thank you! Feeling blessed!
I had a wonderful experience with Josiah and Alex. They completed the punch out part of the project. They even offered to come back if I cannot remove stickers (waiting for state inspection) Rare to find people that take pride in their work! I will definitely refer Window World to anyone!
