We had all our windows replaced by Jody Sheffield and his team representing Windoworks Plus a few years ago. They did a wonderful job, and we are so proud of them! The construction and quality of these "triple pane low E" windows are "superior"! Just recently we discovered a crack in one of them.....I notified Jody and he immediately ordered a replacement. Within a week he was here with a big smile and the replacement window! He quickly installed the new one! And of course, the lifetime replacement warranty covered the cost of the new one! It is so hard to find a business and people like Jody these days. I cannot begin to express how grateful I am that I stumbled upon Jody! After researching and comparing over 5 different window companies to replace all the windows in my home, it was an effortless decision to go with Jody. Jody and his crew showed up when they were supposed to, was respectful of my home, took measures to keep my home clean, and did a great job cleaning up once after they were done. What really took me by surprise, was when Jody even offered to help take care of a few other extra issues pertaining to my doors that weren’t even part of what he was paid to do. Things so simple, but meant so much to me. He was simply just trying to be helpful. This, is what I call going above and beyond and adding value to the customer’s experience. Jody is simply just a kind, good person. Jody was fairly priced when compared with the other companies if not significantly more cost effective. Jody and his crew were very professional. They all worked well together including Jody, he works right there with his workers. They covered furniture and floors to minimize the dust from getting everywhere. They arrived when they said they would and was finished when they said they would. They even rehung our blinds in the windows that had them. The windows looked great when they were done. Thanks for a great job guys. We highly recommend Windoworks Plus!
