I had the worst experience with this company. I had a bathroom renovation done in my 1bed/1bath condo. The designers were not very helpful, and after declining a few items, I basically went and picked out a lot of the materials on my own. I was told everything was in budget, then I found out a lot of it wasn’t.

The bathroom renovation took most of July and all of August… they would go multiple days without showing up and not reach out nor confirm when they would be coming back. They left me without a toilet for nearly a week. Andrea was incredibly rude and would not acknowledge nor apologize for anything that went wrong. Several aspects of the job were sloppy, things were measured incorrectly, and when I reached out to Jerry, the owner, he never responded. Andrea tried to convince me that everything was the way it should be. I finally gave up on it and the bathroom did not meet the specs of the contract.

The condo association asked me for final documentation, and when I reached out, they kept pushing that they’d look into it. I finally called the town myself and found out permits were never pulled for the bathroom remodel. It wasn’t until this point that they became more responsive and I finally had a conversation with the owner. He acknowledged that many aspects of the work did not meet the specs, and they had to fix several things. Here we are now, weeks later after they fixed everything, and they continue to ignore and drop the ball on coordinating an inspection with the town.

I would not recommend this company unless you like being taken advantage of, lied to, and having endless headaches. Jerry and Andrea are by far some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met.

We used Elite Installations for two bathrooms. The installers were professional , very skilled and efficient. The marble herringbone floors were gorgeous as was the tile work on the walls, and the tub , niche etc were all set perfectly. Elite provided the painters who also did a great job . Everyone was polite , friendly and answered questions if I had any. Elite guided us in choosing materials and they were always prompt about communicating with us. We were thrilled with Elite Installation- our bathrooms are beautiful and we recommend them highly!

Elite is my "go-to" for all my construction needs. They are trustworthy, honest, and dependable. They give you specific estimates, work with you on designs, colors, etc. They are meticulous, clean up after themselves and very respectful of your belongings. I have had everything from complete gut and remodel of bathrooms, to cabinetry installed to outdoor doors. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about the absolutely AMAZING job Jerry and his crew did on my kitchen! Andrea’s eye for design and Jerry’s level of professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. They made me fall in love with my home all over again! I would highly recommend and I can’t wait for them to come renovate my bathrooms!
