Third Generation was a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive on our request for snow removal from the roof and ice dam notching arriving less than 48 hours after our inquiry. They did a thorough job on the roof and their cleanup left our driveway stairs and deck cleaner than it was before they arrived. What else can you ask for in a service company. Third Generation is amazing. We use them seasonally for gutter cleaning. But today we needed emergency snow removal from our roof. The professional crew of six showed up, were efficient removing the snow and treating our ice dams, then snow blowed our walkways! Five star and highly recommend!
We have used Third Generation for gutter cleaning and this year with the large amounts of snow used them for roof raking/ice dam removal and their quality is unmatched. They are so professional, clean up after themselves and are fast! Highly recommend!
This was our first experience using Third Generation Window & Gutters to clean our gutters. It took sometime to get accustom to their own scheduling process (we are a bit old fashion on how to communicate) we wanted to be sure we got a December cleaning date since we have so many oak trees and their leaves are not done shedding until December, (our property is in a wooded area). Once we were able to agree on our particular needs, they came and did a terrific job! We were very impressed by their work, they even made sure our downspouts were snaked to clear any debris. We have since signed a 2 year bi-annual contract because of the quality of their work. Thank you Third Generation!
