I spent close to $10,000 (final bill was around $7,500 — which, believe it or not, qualifies as “upwards of 10 grand” in normal human language) and went four weeks calling 100+ times and emailing with zero response. No returned calls. No real person. I genuinely questioned whether this company even existed. After leaving a 1-star review, the owner finally called and blamed a “phone system issue.” Apparently, the phone system was down for months and no one noticed — despite 100+ calls and multiple voicemails. Yes I actually a called over 100 times over the course of 4 weeks. That’s hard to believe. I have screenshots of my call logs and emails if anyone wants proof. The owner also suggested there was “verbal disrespect.” That’s impossible. I never spoke to anyone on the team outside of him. Every conversation with him was respectful. My emails were polite — some were firm, yes, because I was a frustrated customer who couldn’t reach a single human being after spending thousands of dollars. Again, I’m happy to share screenshots. To be fair: I did receive my windows on 2/5/26. The delivery driver initially told me 2/6, but since I had already taken off work for 2/5, the company adjusted and delivered that day. We’re good on the delivery itself. But the communication was consistently poor. The only proactive request I received was to remove my 1-star review — not an explanation of how they’re improving service or what went wrong. Now he attacks my review because I didn’t remove the 1 star. Also, if you read other negative reviews, you’ll notice a pattern: the owner tends to attack the reviewer and insist they’re wrong. At some point, when the same complaints keep coming up, it may be worth looking inward instead of blaming customers. That’s usually what good business owners do. He never once admits fault. Ever. The company is real. The windows arrived. But the customer service experience was unnecessarily frustrating from start to finish. Horrible some might say. If communication matters to you, proceed carefully.
Save your time and money. I placed 3 separate orders worth over $10,000 in windows. Most were the premium windows. I paid extra for the northern climate. Not a single window was even close to perfect. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I’ll attach as many photos as I can. Every screen was damaged some screen with metal some were fiberglass. They use a piece of cardboard sometime to try and protect them but it doesn’t work. The craftsmanship is terrible. The is absolutely no quality control. Premium windows are not sealed and you can actually see the outside from inside. Great for the winter, joking.
They were supposed to delever at 10:00 am ended up being 1:20 am. By 2 guys obviously realimg of pot. The windows had small damage that everywindow talked me into accepting. Now they are fogged a year later and everywindow has advised me to file with manufacturer which isn't them. I have tried they basically say I SOL. Everywindow won't answer any more E-mails or call me. Has anyone had success with lawsuits in small claims court? Will include a picture. Fogging looks even worse in person.
The folks at Every Window were very helpful and great to work with. They were able to accommodate a few special details to help the replacement window match the existing windows. We saved several thousand dollars with Every Window. I highly recommend them. Great service, great price.
I highly suggest Every Window. We just had them replace 4 very old windows in our home. We couldn't be happier with the service from getting a quote to installation. Everything was smooth sailing and customer service was excellent. We will be using them again!EDIT: We decided to order a few more windows from Every Window and another success. Windows look great, installation was quick and customer service was excellent!
