We had our windows done by Skylight and were so impressed with the honest, straightforward approach of James and the team. I never once had to sit through an extensive sales pitch nor did I feel harassed by follow up after the initial quote - one of my pet peeves is sales guys that just don’t know when to leave - this was not the case with James and was a major initial draw for both my husband and I to Skylight.

After we contacted the team, James came out to show us a sample and take some measurements, the next day we had an easy-to-read quote in hand to help us make the decision. After committing to Skylight, the process continued to be just as seamless - James was extremely attentive to detail and communicated with us about each step of the process. We had other home renovations going on at the time that required us to adhere to a specific timeline that James was happy to accommodate.

The installers were professional and got the whole job done in two days. The quality of the windows is phenomenal - easy to open and close, easy to clean, and appearance wise I really love the upgrade that they gave our home. The only hiccup in this entire process was that we were missing one screen, however, James himself hand delivered it shortly after install.

My husband and I were both extremely satisfied with the whole process and have recommended Skylight to several of our friends and family members. Skip the big box, sales pitch, and overpriced product and use Skylight - you won’t regret it!
