Harley and Nick were absolutely professional and very good at their jobs. On Monday they were changing my 4 windows and I cannot be more happier with their job.
My new windows throughout the house are in and I do like them, the guys were pleasant, but parts of the experience were challenging. Took days to pick up pieces of nail gun nails, caulking, wood dust and spray foam inside and outside (and I have a small dog) The guys were nice enough but no regard for my home. Perennial flower and shrubs were trampled, literally left flattened. The company was recommended but I wished I had shopped around and offered the business to a more respectful company. The picture below is how trim was notched against a wood wall feature. I was home the entire time and no consult was done with me about it.Update: The company came back and filled in n the jagged corner with silicone as a fix for the window trim.
