Mr Window Replacement

Marek is professional, knowledgable, honest, and efficient. His workmanship is superb - he paid attention to the details and made sure we were satisfied with his work. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for high quality window and sliding glass door replacement at a fair price and in a quick turnaround time.

We had several new construction windows and a sliding door installed, which required opening walls and some reframing. Marek is very experienced and worked seamlessly with his stucco team to make sure everything was done properly. During stucco removal, we discovered termite and water damage in the wood framing. Marek immediately replaced the rotten wood and reinforced the framing to properly support the new windows and door. He has excellent carpentry skills and a strong understanding of structural details, and he genuinely cares about doing the job right. What really set him apart is his accountability. When a couple of windows were initially placed incorrectly (not entirely his fault), he came back promptly and fixed everything without hesitation. He also returned to adjust windows that weren’t closing smoothly before the stucco work moved forward. We would absolutely hire Marek again and highly recommend him as a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented window contractor. Thank you Marek!

We recently hired Mr. Window to replace two bedroom windows in our San Jose home that face the backyard and south. These windows had been leaking every winter during rainy season for many years, and this year we finally decided it was time to properly fix the problem. Mr. Window was actually recommended to us by ChatGPT, and after reading many positive reviews online, we felt confident reaching out. From the very beginning, communication with Marek, the owner of Mr. Window, was smooth, clear, and professional. Our house has stucco exterior, and due to years of water leakage, there was significant wood rot inside the wall. Marek carefully inspected everything, replaced all the damaged wood, and gave us very helpful advice throughout the process. The new windows are now installed, and we are extremely happy with the results. One important lesson I learned from this experience is: if you have window leaks, deal with them sooner rather than later—waiting only leads to more damage and higher repair costs. If any of my friends ever need window replacement, I would absolutely recommend Marek and Mr. Window without hesitation. I think that alone says a lot about the quality of their work and service.

Marek is a great find and a very knowledgeable person. Although he doesn’t provide his services in my area, he took the time to explain the issues with my windows without offering to replace them blindly. That’s a sign that he is honest and willing to provide what makes sense for customers. He guided me on what to do and recommended other specialists that can fix my issues. I am running back to him and will try to convince him to help me out when I need to replace any windows :)

Mr Window did an excellent job at our home in Niles. He was easy to work with, available and punctual ! He took the time to explain all the options we had (new construction vs remodel) to make sure we understood the differences. He was also very flexible, and came back twice to finish the trimming around the windows based on the sequencing we needed with other contractors ! Highly recommend !
