R & M Quality Windows & Doors

Mike Easter made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He was easy to work with, very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and explain options. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented, and the finished work looks excellent. We’re very pleased with our new front door and would gladly recommend R&M Quality Windows and Doors.

These guys are great. Background story, we had all our windows replaced by R&M. This time the patio door replaced (installed by another company 30+ years ago). R&M went the extra mile to make sure everything is 110% done. Installed molding around the door, calked, and cleaned the door windows.

I have used R&M Quality Windows and Doors on two separate occasions. In 2023 I had all of the windows in our house replaced and in 2025 I had a sliding glass door replaced. In both instances, Mike was extremely helpful in the evaluation and selection of the replacement products- not once did I feel “up-sold” or any pressure to buy certain products. The installation team was excellent- extremely courteous, accommodating, and efficient. The price of the materials and installation was comparable to other companies and but the level of service really made the difference and I found the cost to be steal. Needless to say, my experience in 2023 led me to contacting R&M again for services this year. I would have ZERO hesitation in doing business with R&M in the future.

I cannot express enough how pleased we are with the service and products provided by Rich and Mike at R&M Quality Windows and Doors. We recently renovated our home and decided to replace all our windows with Milgard windows and add a stunning 12' bifold door by Basikwall to our new great room. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Rich and Mike were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs. They guided us through the selection process, helping us choose the perfect windows and door for our home. The Basikwall bifold door has truly transformed our space, bringing in natural light and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living areas. In addition to the windows and bifold door, we also needed a fire-rated door leading into the garage. Rich and Mike not only provided us with top-quality products but also offered us the best prices we could find. Rich even fabricated the grids for the picture windows above the bifold doors. He went above and beyond just to please us. Overall, we are thrilled with the outcome of our project, and we owe a huge thanks to Rich and Mike for their outstanding service and expertise. We highly recommend R&M Quality Windows and Doors to anyone in need of exceptional products and customer care. They exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Kind regards, Conrad Liwanag
