These guys are great. Background story, we had all our windows replaced by R&M. This time the patio door replaced (installed by another company 30+ years ago). R&M went the extra mile to make sure everything is 110% done. Installed molding around the door, calked, and cleaned the door windows.
I have used R&M Quality Windows and Doors on two separate occasions. In 2023 I had all of the windows in our house replaced and in 2025 I had a sliding glass door replaced. In both instances, Mike was extremely helpful in the evaluation and selection of the replacement products- not once did I feel “up-sold” or any pressure to buy certain products. The installation team was excellent- extremely courteous, accommodating, and efficient. The price of the materials and installation was comparable to other companies and but the level of service really made the difference and I found the cost to be steal. Needless to say, my experience in 2023 led me to contacting R&M again for services this year. I would have ZERO hesitation in doing business with R&M in the future.
