We contracted with Andersen Renewal. The initial agent, Luke, walked us through the process. The next representative we saw was Tom out of Tehacapi. Tom took final measurements and explained how the next steps would be performed. The next step was the installation. The installation took place earlier than estimated, but this was great as winter can come early where we live. The installation crew consisted of Alex, the crew leader, Alejandro, and Rojelio. They had 10 windows to replace. The crew was very professional. The job was completed well within the estimated time. The work was impeccable. The crew was friendly and kept us informed throughout the installation. I would highly recommend this service.

Our new windows are absolutely lovely! The team of professionals from the sale to the installation were wonderful. The installation was very challenging because of our steep roof and the height of some of the windows. This great crew of knowledgeable and friendly young men didn’t waste any time and got it done.
The crew from Fresno were awesome! Many, many thanks to Aurelio and Jose for all the hard work they did to install new windows and a slider in our home. They were courteous, answered all of our questions, provided great communication on what each day would entail, and they always cleaned up each day. These two are PROFESSIONALS! We absolutely love the windows and slider and they are worth the money we paid for them. Can't thank Aurelio, Jose, and the rest of the team enough for the service and product provided. I told the project manager, Katie Ball, that these two deserve a raise!
Replaced windows in our home. Albert C. And Jr C were amazing! They were both friendly and worked efficiently. They communicated very well and made sure to get our opinion and likes before proceeding with final touches.
