I had been searching for a long time for a high-quality door and knew this company had been in business for years, so I finally decided to go with them—and I’m glad I did.Since the door was custom built, it took about five months, but Jim, the sales representative, was great to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me updated every month on the progress and when to expect completion, which I really appreciated.The installation team was professional and did an excellent job. In my opinion, installation is the most important part, and they handled it perfectly.If you’re looking for a top-quality door and professional service, this is the company to choose. The quality of the door is amazing with overlapping edges on both sides to make it airtight. The outer glass is mirror-like so no one can see in during the day. The inner glass is flemish providing some distortion and privacy at night. The install was well done -they had a huge screen up so no dust. The painter painted the new trim, touched up the brick, touched up the door. They do everything so you do not need someone else to come and do anything. The door is beautiful. I thought from our discussions with the sales person, this would be a good process but they exceeded my expectations! You should know they can give you an estimate of your doors arrival but it could be off a month or more so do not purchase for an event with a hard date. This was fine for us however and worked out.I highly recommend them!
