Fern took us thru the different options of window types and allowed us to ask a ton of questions. She proceeded to set-up an appointment with Ernie Borroto, Sales Consultant to come out and give us all the details on what type of windows we should consider and what would work best in each room. We have never bought windows so this experience was so easy to navigate. Ernie did a phenominal job in guiding us thru the selection process.
