Update: We required the assistance of The Glass Guru again as we needed to address some inspection related items before closing on the sale of our home. Wyatt was on point again. He took the time to walk through each checklist item and for those that may require repair he explained our options. Really can’t recommend this company enough!Wyatt, our service technician, was polite and efficient. He did both the free estimate visit and the eventual installation. We always appreciate home service technicians that are respectful of our home (shoes off) and courteous to our kiddos and pets, Wyatt was that in spades.While the overall price seemed high, the quality of work, simplicity of billing and overall experience represented the classic “you get what you paid for” in the best way possible.Should we need residential window repair services again in the future, we’ll happily give The Glass Guru first crack at our business (pun completely intentional there).
Great experience with the glass guru. They came out right away to measure for a window replacement after I noticed a seal had broken on a very large window. They gave an honest assessment of what needed to be replaced (and what didnt). Came back a week later with a customer window and worked quickly and neatly to put it in. I would highly recommend them.
Glass Guru is the only company I will ever use in the Dallas/Mckinney area. Their employees from the front office to the back office and all the guys that have done the installations are amazing. This is not my first time using them on my high end projects. I wanted glass around my two swimming pool fire bowls and I had two large fire pits I wanted glass around to keep the wind from blowing the cracked glass everywhere. They exceeded my expectations on both jobs while delivering quality results at a fair price. I’ve referred them to everyone in my neighborhood.
I cannot recommend enough! Very responsive, excellent communication, on time, fast and affordable. The best window cleaning I’ve had in years. No pole washers, no steaks or drips. Screen and sill cleaning. Windows done the right way. The owner is very nice and pours into our community and schools. Great guy.
Fantastic service all around! I had a cracked window in my kid's bathroom and the day I called to see if they could come check it out, they were here! Scoped it out, let me know how much it will cost and timeframe for ordering to installation. They communicated everything precisely and thoroughly. Wyatt was the window technician and he was not only super polite and professional, but completed the job perfectly in a super short amount of time. I am so happy with the service that was provided - I don't wish for broken windows in my home, however, if it happens, The Glass Guru and Wyatt will be the people I call!
