As long as measurements are done properly, the finished product is a high-quality window that fits exactly as it should.They also offer glass repair, which has been incredibly helpful. I had a client with two damaged windows — one cracked on the interior pane and the other completely broken. Made an appointment for 12:00 p.m. The salesperson shows up 40 minutes before the appointment, without previous communication. I was at work so I couldn't let him in. Then at 12:00 p.m., the salesperson doesn't show. I texted and called, no response. I wrote to the main office who made the appointment, they scolded me for not being there 40 minutes before the appointment even though they never communicated any changes in time.Their rebuttal: we will schedule another appointment but it would be 2 weeks later! How can I give my business to a company that's so unprofessional and so unprepared?I can't trust them and neither should you.
My plumber referred me to Eliceo and the company. Eliceo is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered 10 windows and two sliding glass doors. The whole process was easy and very professional. A team came and installed them all in a few hours. They did a great job. The windows are very good quality and beautiful. I ordered two more windows a couple months later. They are giant trapezoid windows high above my sliding glass door. I was very impressed with the removal of the old windows and the installation of the new ones. They always arrived for appointments as scheduled. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Miriam in the office was kind, helpful and always responded quickly to my emails and questions. I appreciated the on-premesis workshop so I could see the product in person. They helped me with a doggy door in the sliding glass door. I am very happy with the windows and the whole experience. I have no complaints. I highly recommend them and would definitely purchase from them again.
