Needed to change some old windows in front of our house and found Pure Vinyl Windows on yelp. Went in and spoke with Karina and was very informative and helpful. Diana and Jose also came out to measure our windows just to make sure the size was correct which was great reassurance. After 2 weeks our windows were installed by Jose and Junior. They were great! Explained the processes, very professional and kept everything clean. They both did an amazing job! The windows look great and the quality is absolute. Both Jose and Junior were so nice to also spray down some wasp nest for me. Had some neighbors say the windows look great! Will definitely be using them for future window project. Thanks to their great team!
While they usually work with contractors I worked with them for full home window installation as well as a sliding door. We were very happy with pricing and results, everything was done in a day and looked great, quality was solid too especially for the price. A year after install I realized we were missing a couple small screens in one area, issue was promptly fixed despite the passing of time. We recommend these guys to everyone.
We used PVW multiple times as one of our main contractors liked them. I'm having a hard time believing this company has any good reviews. The product is extremely low grade. We have had multiple defect issues at several locations. Our orders and sizing have been incorrect on almost every order. If you care more about price savings than quality this may be an option for you. Otherwise I would chose another window company
Claudia and Isaac were great. This is an overdue review for 2020. I talked to several window companies including those that heavily advertise which were also impressive. I decided on PVWD after visiting their warehouse in Garden Grove and their guarantee & warranty to replace windows (average price was also a factor). PVWD is the manufacturer, they stand by their warranty 100%, and try to finish their installations in ONE day (depends on the order size). I've already had just a few mechanical issues with some of my windows (once in 2021 and this month 2023) but Claudia kept her word and helped me immediately fix the issues upon request. PVWD is my go-to window & door company.
