I & H Glass and Mirror

I searched to find a good price to have my bathroom mirror replaced after it broke and called around to the local shops for pricing. Glad I came across this company. Not only were the prices fair, the experience was great. Very friendly and on the plus side it is family owned and operated. Glad I was able to support a locally owned company!

I & H Glass and Mirror absolutely nailed it. I had a cracked custom mirror in the entryway that looked like a complete eyesore. Called these folks, and they were at my door faster than a soufflé collapsing in a hot kitchen.

Measured, cut, and installed the new mirror like total pros—precise, clean, and not a speck of dust left behind. The finish? Flawless. It looked like it had always been there, only better.

What really impressed me was the professionalism—clear communication, no upselling nonsense, just top-tier work from start to finish. If you need glass or mirror work done properly, don’t muck about—call them.

Very challenging to work with. I asked for the following information given that it needed to go to my HOA board for approval:

- The company's name, address, and contact information.
- A breakdown of the costs (labor, materials, etc.).
- A description of the work to be performed.
- Any warranties on parts or labor.
- A timeline for the project.

Simple information that they were unwilling to provide.

Didn't give me a good feeling.

I chose I & H Glass for my shower door installation because of the high Google star ratings and the cost of the door installation. I would certainly use them again and would refer them to family and friends.
I called five businesses for quotes and I & H was the lowest of them all. In fact, they came in $500 - $600 less than Home Depot and Lowes. My shower door is considered a custom build so they had to measure and "order to fit" the metal frame. Once it came in, they installed the frame and had to measure again the enclosure for the glass panels so they would fit snug. The entire shower door installation took about 2 weeks, but the wait was well worth it! The quality of the material and their work was far better than expected!
I referred my friend to I & H for two of his exterior windows at the same time my project was running. He told me they did a great job and the price was several hundred less than the other estimate he got from another business.
I would at the very least give them a call for an estimate for your window and/or shower door projects. Tommy, I & H contact person, was very friendly and will work around your schedule. If cost and quality is important to you, you will want to give them a call.
