Steven, Seth and Joel showed up on time as agreed. They explained to me what I should expect from them and how long it should take. They were thorough, friendly and very very accommodating with various changes that were being requested. Then "call me whatchawill" Josh arrived. All these biblically named young men were an absolute blessing. I literally could adopt them as my own. The 18 window installation went smoothly and professionally... these young men employed by Vantage Windows, were actually working for God... they are "off the chain in Jesus name!"
Absolutely thrilled with our new windows! We had 19 windows installed, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Josh, Steven, and Seth were an incredible crew — professional, courteous, and fast! They worked with impressive efficiency, removing all the old windows and cleaning up as they went. It was clear they took pride in their work, and it showed in the details.Once everything was installed, they took the time to walk us through the warranty and made sure we understood all the different ways the windows functioned.We highly recommend this team for anyone needing window installation. We LOVE our new windows! Our older home has so many windows and many of them were leaky, had failed seals, or were otherwise terrible. We had looked at a lot of window companies, and the quality and service with Vantage is truly top notch. The entire team, from sales to install, was incredibly professional. The install team came out and replaced 13 windows in one day (including 2 brick windows that are a nightmare to remove), did an incredible job, and left our home clean.Our windows are now so much quieter, so much more attractive, and provide much better privacy. We truly could not be happier with the quality of the product or the service we received. We have a few more windows to replace in the future and will definitely be calling Vantage again.
We had an awesome experience! From the sales presentation, to the installation and final cleanup! Brandon did an excellent job explaining to us the different window options, warranty and cost comparisons. After pulling the trigger to go Vantage, Kevin came out and took measurements of our windows. He explained with great detail the installation process and what to expect. Josh and Gage did the installation. They took extreme measures to be careful with everything in our house. they went above and beyond just the normal installation. They gave me a couple of different options on a full window that they had replaced with a half window. Even installed the metal flashing over the half of wall I made to cover the hole it left. Everyone was well mannered, respectful, and fully knowledgeable about the window industry. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends. Mike Morris
