Good service in the offices every time I called. Professional installation team (Luc Gour's team). They did a finishing job both inside and out, simply impeccable. I am very satisfied with the work done and will not hesitate to do business with this company again...and these installers.
Down from 5 to 3 to 1 star over five years and three orders, due to quality and warranty issues.First set of windows for the ground floor were great bang for the buck. They fog up a little bit when it's cold, but for the price they are as good as it gets in Canada.Two years later ordered doors, and noticed the first signs of 'decay'. Had to keep an eye on the guy taking the order as he kept inputting the wrong parameters. In the end he ordered one of the doors much smaller. The installer was able to work around the issue at his own cost (thank you Luc). Door hinges didn't come greased and started squeaking a month later, not a biggie but just another sign.Another two years and I've ordered windows for the top floor. All of them are subpar in comparison with the first set. They fog up way more, and eventually they freeze up inside. Even some of the handles get covered with frost like they came from the freezer. You can feel the cold draft if you hold the hand close to the edge.Emailed them, no answer. Called them up and got them to reply. Send them pictures and got referred to the installer. The installer is quite busy, and never got back to me, as expected. It's been more than a year and nobody bothered to do anything.

Received a quote Nov 2020 for 2 windows + install. Waited too long and the price for the windows increased when I called back in Feb 2021 (no big deal). The install cost however doubled … they use a 3rd party and said it was due to on site issues. When I explained that the guy was on site and quoted based on what he saw, she dismissed me and kept sending me payment requests. Nonsensical business practices.
The guy came to our house to see what the job entailed. We needed to have some of the windows fixed and others changed (thermal only). At first, he told us that he could not repair the mechanism to close/open the windows because the parts were no longer available. He then measured the ones that needed to be changed and told us that we would get an estimate the following day. Two days later, I called to see about the estimate, at which point he told me that I would receive it the following day. This went on one more time. I never received the estimate since the work was not expensive enough for them to bother. I have since sold that house and bought a new one that also needs some windows changed. I will not be calling this company since they were not really interested in the first job and made me waste over one week waiting for the estimate that never came. I will call the company that had the material to fix the mechanism. I was also told that the parts for the mechanism were available and that PVC regional did not tell me because this type of work is not expensive enough for them to perform. I would give PVC no star at all, but it's not an option.
