Several customers praise the installation crews' professionalism. One customer's patio-door account credits David and his team with good work, a rebate after a misunderstanding, and quick follow-up. A separate customer reports that communication stopped after choosing and finalizing, with no responses to repeated emails or voicemail messages.
Customer Reviews
Caroll Grandmaison
David is very decent and did a great job with his team installing a patio door.
He even gave me a good rebate when we had a misunderstanding without hesitation. He is honest and I will surely get him to do any future work.
When I need something, he deals with it quickly.
Thank you very much.
PS: We are very happy with the patio door.

Wenthrough an entire process of choosing and finalizing(which was great), then they went silent on me. No response to emails, no call backs after leaving countless voice messages and emails. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
Robert Lacroix
Great family business, amazing windows and doors, and especially the guys that installed all our windows and doors were so professional and nice. Highly recommend them. In all two thumbs up.
Gary Warwick

Absolutely the best choice for windows and doors in Outaouis. David in the sales department was amazing. I would say he went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. the installation team was fast, clean and professional. We are extremely happy with Renovabec and have been referring them to everyone who asks. We have done major renovations to our home and have used multiple renovation companies and I wouldn't not think twice before using his company again. I think it's so important to praise a good company when good work is done! Thanks again.
