Met a rep at the copperas cove rabbit fest and asked for a quote. They came out a few weeks later and we were able to get the memorial day special and being a military family we loved that! They put our windows on the house in Oct and have be satisfied. The only thing that did bother us was that we weren't told we would need to buy new sensors for our alarm system and we were told to prep the house prior to installment. It may have been common sense but to someone who has never had windows installed in their house before that should be verbalized. Other than that I haven't had any issues with them or their prices.

The salesman was polite,helpful and well informed. The guys I have spoken with to set up my installation were polite and very responsive to a change because of bad weather. The installers lead by fredy were phenomenal, I have my elderly mother living with us and they left her window to the very last one at my request since it was only 50 degrees outside, they were all very polite and left my house clean. Got all my windows installed in less than 5 hours, which was very appreciated

Maverick Windows recently installed 21 NT Windows and 3 sliding doors also made by NT. We are very happy with the quality of the windows by NT. However the workmanship of the installation is almost more important than any brand of window. The crew at Maverick did an amazing job. From install to clean up, they are very professional and it's obvious that they have a lot of experience, and it really shows! A week or so after the install, we got a surprise visit from Steve Greene the director of sales. He wanted to just stop by and make sure everything was satisfactory and make sure we were happy with the work Maverick had done.
