Reed provides exceptional service at a reasonable price. This is our second great experience with him. He replaced several windows with broken seals and replaced the sashes on 24 windows so that they would operate easily and stay open. Although not his business he adjusted our storm door to close more slowly. He is very personable and customer service oriented!
We have an octagon shaped window with a grid of class. A rock from the lawn mower broke through one section of the glass. I didn’t know where to start. I looked at reviews in the Georgetown area. RC Glass and Windows had good reviews. I called Reed, he answered, responded quickly to my needs, he is highly professional and the glass was repaired quickly. It looks like nothing ever happened, except better! I would highly recommend Reed!
