I live in Sun City Georgetown Texas. I have builder grade windows and the "balances" are always coming off or breaking. Today I had 6 windows fixed by Glass and Door Co. on Lakeway Dr., Georgetown, TX. They were prompt, reasonably priced, and professional. They got the job done in a timely manner and the owner Randy was very kind and professional. The best part is that it is a Georgetown small business. That is a top priority for businesses I choose. Very kind, quick service and fair price. Needed an attic window replaced after a hailstorm. They came within a day of calling for a quote, quoted and ordered same day, installed the following week. The installers were very professional, respectful and did a quality job. Thanks!

I ordered a fairly large mirror (82" wide x 38" tall) for my bathroom. Randy gave me an estimate over the phone for mirror only. After I thought about it, I called him back and told him I needed an estimate to include installation. Pricing was fair. A couple of days later his guy came out to measure. It was a tricky measure because the adjacent wall was not exactly plumb. A couple of days later they brought the mirror and it didn't fit exactly, so they took it back to the shop and less than an hour later they brought it back and it fit perfectly. The process, from start to finish, was so smooth. Randy Baker and his crew were very professional. I'm always a stickler for customer service, and this crew met my expectations. I highly recommend.

Got an estimate on putting in new shower doors after being ignored by other contractors. It was reasonable and David and Darian came out today to do the scheduled installation. They were fast, friendly, and did an outstanding job. We still need to finish the shower itself, but the doors look great!! Thank-you guys!!
