We build one spec home a year. We have had problems with customer service and were looking for a better window company. I wanted to upgrade to Marvin Windows at the same time. Our framer Jake who is also a home building family told me to contact Oscar at Mountain West as he had a good experience with Oscar. This was truly a good experience for us so far as well. Armando was our point man for delivery and payment etc... All went well even though we twice had to hold up delivery because we were not ready. Also we had a billing issue on our side that Armando handled with ease. I have not even mentioned the windows. They were delivered well and packaged real well. Every item was there. We had windows and a patio sliding glass door with screen installed. Very professional from start to finish. From the salesman to the estimator to the installation crew and the stucco guy. And all along the way the office person the project coordinator. Everyone was responsive, kept their commitments and appointments and kept me advised along the way from start to finish. They priced higher than some but it’s worth the quality of work done and peace of mind. Miguel and his install crew (three other men) were terrific and cleaned up after themselves once done. They even reinstalled a doorknob that came off my security door just because! Great company and I highly recommend!!
My wife and I made the decision to get new windows. There are a lot of Company's out there. Things to consider are Installation, Professionalism, Quality workmanship and pricing. Marvin Windows is your answer to all the concerns. Included several pictures on our eight Marvin Windows. They install to the original frame work. Since we had stucco they removed and replaced a week later. This experience started off great, with Sue Mask, service coordinator who quickly got my service event set up, communicating throughout the entire process-and made sure the entire event went off without a hitch. She followed up before during and after to ensure all was taken care of promptly. She set me up with an awesome tech…Bobby Kitchen! Bobby did a fantastic job. Not only did he get there right on time, arrived fully prepared with a friendly smile, but educated me on maintenance of the accessories so I wouldn’t have future problems. He was in and out and now we have everything set and working properly! Thank you Bobby and Sue for delivering a fantastic experience!
The installation team consisting of Matt, Robert and Anthony were an absolute pleasure to have in our home for these past three days.
