The entire process from Carl & Eddie quoting the project to Roslyn handling the office side with setting appointments have been nothing short of excellent. He was meticulous in his assessment and decision making process. I have to say that my first transaction with Panoramic was pretty average as far as walking throught the door and making a purchase. I was going to make a very small order (5 windows and an 8ft slider) so I certainly didn't expect any special treatment. when the windows arrived I had rented a trailer and set up an easel to transport the slider but misjudged how the windows would be shipped so the set up was far from usable. Brad was out back to help me load. Seeing what I had set myself up for, HE immediately offered to deliver the order instead of me taking a chance of damaging any of it. I understand that it may not have gone this way if they had been extremely busy that day but he didn't have to do it AT ALL. I maintain about 5-7 properties all will be needing windows within a year or so, this small act of kindness on his part has earned them my business for the foreseeable future. We purchased a new Western slider from Panoramic Window and also used them to install the slider. We had a great experience working with Eddie and his team on the purchase and install process. These new sliders are not cheap but we shopped around and Panoramic had a good price. The new sliders are really a game changer compared to the old ones when considering aesthetics, functionality and energy efficiency. The tradesmen they used for install, trim and stucco work and painting were all top notch. We’re so happy with our new slider and would happily recommend Panoramic Window.
