Extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of professionalism and communication. We were told the required glass part had already been ordered. When the technician arrived late to the appointment, it became clear the part had not been ordered as promised.After that, the company no-showed a scheduled appointment with my client. When my client attempted to follow up, the company hung up on them multiple times and has since stopped answering calls altogether.This caused unnecessary delays and stress during a time-sensitive situation. Reliable communication and follow-through are critical in this industry, and unfortunately this company failed on both. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.
I had a double-paned window crack on one side - a tech came out for a FREE ESTIMATE (which was one of my original sticking points) - the window is a strange size so they special ordered it, it was installed just a couple days later. The techs were efficient, on time, courteous, and the window looks great! I’m so happy with the job well done.
Please be careful. I called for a quote, and was told someone would have to come look at it. When he showed up he told me that he would have to call the office to get the info. ??? They didn't answer so he asked me for my email address to send me the quote. He left and I received a bill for almost $700. I recorded the interaction, so I'm hoping I don't need to use it in a court case.
Wow! This company went above and beyond. I called to see what kind of turn around time they would have to fix or potential replace a double pane window that had been broken by the neighbors. The nice lady who answered the phone instantly went to work, placed me on a brief hold to call her tech that was in the area completing another job. She was able to fit the tech in the same day, and the wind tech came within an hour. The professional that arrived was just that, professional. Prompt, to the point. I’m happy with the service I got from Apodaca’s Glass and Door company. I would highly recommend Apodaca’s Glass and Door company without any hesitation to all my friends and family. Great price and great competent techs and staff. Highly recommend.
