I absolutely love my windows from freedom windows. I had 18 normal windows put in and 2 giant 5 pane bay windows that they had to construct and they did better than I could imagine. The quality of these windows is outstanding and Travis and his group were very respectful of my property and time.My next project was a door window replacement on a back door with a specialty glass. Beautifully done by Mr.Travis and he replaced with a blind inside the double window!The latest remodeling he did was my upstairs bathroom. It turned out gorgeous and he even built some cabinets in an empty space for me. Painted, built, repaired and replaced trim, fixtures, cabinets, door frames and mirrors. Outstanding jobs on everything he has done for me!??????

Travis worked with us to provide just what we needed and cleaned up everything and was very respectful of our home and property inside and out.He treated us just like his own family. For a whole house project, by far the most affordable and reasonable quote without a doubt. There are NO salesman, Travis the owner gave a quote that was assured and respected. I knew nothing about windows, but Travis explained everything I needed to know, and answered any and all questions I had. Day of the install, Travis was there to ensure the window installation went smoothly without issue. One window had a defect, but they ordered a new one to replace it free of charge. Did I mention they also have a LIFETIME TRANSFERRABLE WARRANTY on the labor and installation as well as a 10 year window warranty!!! Further bonus features: VETERANS!!! My wife and I recently purchased our first home, we already knew the back doors would need to be replaced as the previous owners patched it up just to barely pass inspection. We did the usual Google research and decided to give Freedom Windows a try, we're both veterans so the military/veteran discount made the offer more appealing. Travis came out to do the measurements and our doors were install today, we couldn't be happier. The install guys did a great job and we no longer feel the outside air creeping like we did previously which will definitely help a bit with the A/C running as the weather starts to warm up. Definitely will be calling again when we're ready for windows.
Great interaction with Travis. He was timely with the consult, with text communication, etc. He worked with our price point and the product we wanted and actually got us a double hung window instead of single hung within our budget.The window turnaround was four weeks, but came in a week earlier than promised.Very hardworking crew. Our window was a beast, very large, very heavy, on the second floor. I was present during the install and they communicated very well with each other.The manufacturer sent a screen with a tear so Travis will get that replaced. Once we clean up the scuffs and prints, this window will really shine.Our previous window was not energy efficient and I have high hopes for this one come next Texas summer.
