We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new beautiful windows!! They’re so nice looking & so easy to open & close! Our entire experience with Precision from the very beginning & all the way through installation & beyond was magnificent!! Everyone we interacted with were so friendly, professional & responsive to any & all of our questions along the way. Tim Neveri was amazing to work with as were the installers Joe & James. Joe’s wife, Ruth, is also awesome!! We can’t say enough good things about Precision & their team!! I had vinyl siding replaced and two storm doors. The service was outstanding, very professional with outstanding craftsmanship. All debris was hauled away and my yard was left as before they came. I want give thanks to Guy Smith and his crew.

We spent roughly $17000 on all new windows for our home last year. We noticed right away that the painted side of the windows were scratched up and the install was extremely poorly done. The sales person was actually a marketing guy and ordered all our windows to open the opposite direction from how we wanted them (same direction the original windows opened) but they did not care. They sent a different lady out to touch up the paint. When she arrived she also had to re-caulk EVERY window inside and out because it was not done properly, took her 2 days to fix it all. There was a comment made by another employee that the crew who did our install gets the least work because of the quality they produce. They also put 2 gouges in my home with their saw, one in the window sill and one in the side wall. Fast forward to earlier this year, we emailed the company to let them know one of our main windows in the living room was seperating from the house!!! This window is actually bulged out of the house compared to all the others which are slightly recessed. This has been more than 6 months ago and still not one single effort to contact us to get it corrected. That same window the screen will not even stay in it does not even fit the window. At this point I don't know what to do but this is not right. When I called in about all the original issues the VP (I believe he was) spoke to me like I was garbage, gum on the bottom of his shoe. I was so furious by the time I got off the phone, I have never been treated so poorly by someone that I just gave 17 grand too. My husband is a disabled veteran, this is our first home and he and I work very hard for every penny we have. We do not have money to throw away and we trusted this company to have principles and care about doing their best for their customers. Oh and the caulking they use inside is not cleanable it has to be painted.

Precision was so easy to work with! The windows and sliding glass door installation went very quick and professional. That finished product looks amazing and we are so happy with the quality of the product and service. Everything was left better than they found it at install and the guys installing the windows were extremely friendly. Highly recommend using Precision Siding and Construction if you need new windows for your home!
