Worst Warranty ever! Do not fall for their guarantee.They say it is lifetime, but it is not!And the people on the phone are extremely rude when you call them. Almost impossible to get to customer service, they screen the calls and never call back!

Worst customer service in the industry. Used to be good but after refusing to give credit for THEIR manufacturing errors we will no longer use their product in our window treatment business. We had been a customer of theirs for over 15 years having purchased over $100k. We now do all our business with Norman.
We had a hard inquiry on my husband's credit to get the 10% off on the price. Was told we would have to fill out an application when the sales person comes and they will do another hard inquiry. This is illegal to do within a short span of time with the same company. This is horrible business practice for, hard inquiries hurt your score. They are supposed to use the original report. I do not recommend.
i have been calling almost everyday to get a replacement part since last friday. i have been getting nothing but a run around from them. someone will call me back and no one does. i am very unhappy with the service
