I am extremely pleased with our entire experience with Lake Michigan Window and Door from start to finish. While getting the initial quote, we were pleased with the number of options, their ability to do some specific custom work we hoped for, their competitive pricing on high end windows, and the thorough explanation of each question we had. During install, the entire crew was overly respectful of our home and family as we worked from home. Each team member conducted themselves with professionalism. The quality of work is spot on and the finished project looks amazing thanks to their attention to detail and craftsmanship! Our house threw a couple of curve balls, as many homes do during renovations, and the team communicated updates and followed through exceptionally well to make sure we were taken care of- even calling after the install was complete to make sure we were pleased with the work. I have absolutely no complaints! I would recommend or hire Lake Michigan Window and Door again without a second thought!
Adam and Zack were very professional every step of the way in replacing two of our entry doors. We looked at several companies. We decided on Lake Michigan Window and Door because Adam and Zack are very detail oriented; they spent much more time evaluating the existing doors than the other companies. Some of the other companies were very ‘pushy’ and seemed to be less concerned about the quality of their product and installation and more concerned about us ‘buying right now.’ I would definitely recommend LMWD to anyone looking for replacement doors or windows.
Zach, Adam, and Hunter were all amazing. I had to wait a while for my windows because of a supply issue, however when they finally came in they came out the very next week and did the install. They did a fantastic job, painting and replacing all the bad trim. They worked until about 8:30 PM to finish the job. I had 4 windows replaced, I also own a Historic home and they were very understanding on all the rules and regulations that I have to follow when working on the exterior of the home. I will definitely contact them again next year to continue replacing my windows,
Adam and his crew were phenomenal the entire way through the process. No hassle quoting with honest pricing. I appreciated no sales gimmick approach unlike the other company I met with. Through the entire process they were very responsive to any questions I had. There workmanship was top notch and even took the time to address a leak on a window I had installed by another company. Best window company I've worked with! 10 out of 10 id recomend them for your next project.
