I am very pleased with the windows that were installed in my home. We had some very large ones being replaced and Nick and the other guy on the crew did an amazing job. They worked diligently to get the job done, even working a bit after dark to finish up. They were very respectful of my home and floors and did a great job cleaning things up and making sure we know how to clean the new windows when the time comes. Love, love love my new windows, especially the box window....that was a big project and they handled it very well!
We had 3 doors replaced by RBA this month, February 2026. I have to say quality and installation...5 STARS. The Andersen products are worth every penny and we plan on doing windows in the future. The installers are actual employees of RBA not contractors!!! That is a BIG plus. We have had windows installed by Champion and Hanson's for much less money but the installations were mediocre at best, and the quality of the products explain why they cost less. We had to make multiple service requests for them to do adjustments and even replace the incorrect molding, due to color, after installation! So back to RBA...awesome product, doors are SOLID and close perfectly. The installers made sure everything was perfect like they were working on their Mother's home! They were AWESOME!!!! The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star rating is that I didn't realize, or remember when signing the order, that the deadbolt key cylinder on the front door is not able to be keyed to the same key as the other two doors, so I have to carry an extra key with me to be able to open the front door. It makes it a little inconvenient but still the doors are worth the money, no question! I am attaching a before and after photo of the front door...probably obvious that the sickly green door is the 'before' photo!!!
I highly recommend Jacob Holden sales Rep, Peyton Van Horn assessor, and Russell Holmes and his crew at Renewal by Andersen. They were all professional and thorough in their jobs. Russell and his crew did a great job installing the new windows and made it look great.
Our team came out today to install our whole house of windows . They were super polite and professional (they even asked if we wanted shoes off, covered all things near the windows and put down drop cloths for our floors). Ryan and team worked non-stop , and kept us informed of everything they were doing . Everything went perfect and we so appreciated the whole project install . We are now enjoying a house full of beautiful black windows and our house feels so much warmer already !Good job Anderson for keeping hard working people who care !Highly satisfied ,-Holly C
I’ve needed new windows for my living room and dinning area for 10 years. The bids I have been given over the years have been between $16,000- $30,000. Renewal came in under that without pushing for purchase now for less money incentives.Our sale rep, Kevin, explained and demonstrated there product and options, answering all of our questions and concerns. The installers showed up on the appointed day and fell to the task of installing the window. The temperature was in the 20’s, while it was cold in the house throughout the day, the job was completed by night fall.The house is warmer and the furnace is running less. Since I’ve gotten home from driving all week, I don’t hear the 30mph wind whistling through the window seals, the draft through the house, nor the sound of cars on the busy street in front of the house. My family is happy, because now i watch tv at level 20 as opposed to 30.Thank you to all who have made my home feel new and whole again!??????????????
