I sure wish that I had made a better choice. I have had WW return over 5x to fix their shoddy work! I have also had to recaulk nearly ALL of the windows from the inside!!! And some from the outside. My experience with their work is nothing short of…crappy!!!!

We have had a top notch experience with this company. From the salesman who didn't high pressure us to the office person we had contact with a couple times and the install team who did the work. The windows and sliders we got have been great and the install team did a terrific job. Everything is lifetime warrantied so that's one less thing to worry about as far as home maintainence goes.
After calling another window company for a quote and was left DUMBFOUNDED, I received an ad in the mail from Window World offering a deal that was nearly $20,000 less than what “the other guys” tried quoting me. I was skeptical at first, but I called. Chelsea came out and did my estimate without a bunch of sales tactics and I REALLY appreciated that. Fast forward to today, and my new windows are installed! The contractors were friendly, speedy-it literally took them approximately 4 hours, respectful of my property, and very professional!
