I sure wish that I had made a better choice. I have had WW return over 5x to fix their shoddy work! I have also had to recaulk nearly ALL of the windows from the inside!!! And some from the outside. My experience with their work is nothing short of…crappy!!!!

I am so happy with our Window World experience! As a past customer of WW, I knew I wanted them to do my windows for our new construction home. Every staff member we came in contact with was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. The installers knew exactly what to do and did a nice job cleaning up after themselves. I recently had them install custom large picture windows in my home—a project that had been avoided by multiple homeowners since the 1955 build for good reason. The job was particularly challenging due to the existing structural supports and the non-standard measurements, making it far more complex than a typical window replacement. Unlike standard windows that easily slide in and out, this project required extra time and precision. Despite these challenges, the entire process was handled with professionalism and care, resulting in a seamless experience from start to finish. Chelsea was knowledgeable and took the time to understand my specific needs, ensuring that the custom windows would fit perfectly, give privacy, look good and enhance the overall look of my home.
