Overall nice workers. Unfortunately they're pricey compared to others. They have damaged the paint, tried to cover it with the black adhesive glue and made zero efforts on wiping down glass shards they left on my dash (that wasn't there before).
This company is my go to for everything windows and doors. The prices are competitive but it's the outstanding service and attention to details that has made me a loyal customer for life. I would highly recommend All-West Northern Glass. In 2021, they replaced our basement window and last week Ron replaced the glass in our front door. Each time they were professional, friendly and efficient. Ron truly went above and beyond, thank you for the amazing service!
We ordered a replacement living room window. The service was very good, professional and absolutely exceeded my expectations. The install crew were really good at what they do and were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
I ordered the window in April. Twice they ordered the wrong size window. Not one person phoned me to let me know what was going on. I had to keep phoning them. I finally had it installed in September. Way too long of a wait. Then instead of asking if we wanted to move a shelf or not they cut a huge chunk out of the trim. The shelf was going to be removed. Now I have a hole cut out of the trim which looks really trashy. Never again will I deal with this company!!
