Edit: after getting our deck and stairs we noticed soon after a lot of splitting of the wood, as well as noticed the hand rail was not one solid piece, which is also frayed and we are concerned with the stability, so anyone sliding their hand down our railing could get a massive splinter or fall and take the railing with them. Why it wasn’t one piece makes no sense to me. As well as risk of injury in the deck due to splitting. I tried getting ahold of them and have tried for 2 almost 3 months msging Ryan often to see when they’re coming but keeps getting postponed over and over again, starting to lose hope of issue being remedied as I reached out soon after the work was done. Initially work and response was great, fixing issues soon after has been horrible.

We were very pleased with the work Ryan and his helper did! We got a new staircase, deck and Eavestrough. Everyone was all around very accommodating, fast and very, very kind. Any future projects and we will be coming back! 10/10 would recommend!
