I’ve used Trend for multiple jobs in my home and they never disappoint. If a product comes damaged (window) they come and replace it with no headaches or questions. EDIT: just thought i would share an update, on my previous review on our horrible experience that got no response from this company, and i still have yet ben reached out to like promised since the last time we had an unannounced drop in. this window is now growing mold along the edges, due to improper seals, during the cold weather in december we had to move our couch away from the window as it was so cold and drafty. the old window that was built with the house in 1960’s was better then this window & install… i never leave bad reviews on here, but this is just out of hand.We have had a horrible experience with this company! do not recommend! we were in the process of buying the house we were renting, and our landlord at the time had 2 windows replaced in our house. one of which was a large bay window!we have had endless issues that they have continuously shrugged us off about! the first big rainfall, after having them installed it leaked water and water damaged the wood on the bottom of our window (it’s a bay window that sticks out so has a seat) had them come out and all they did was add silicone, and said was we’ll have to contact the window manufacturer. but we are stuck with the water damage that wasn’t our fault. Now going into the cold weather, there is a severe draft coming in from the window. you can’t even sit on the couch without having to wear a hoodie. when the guy came to look, he showed up completely unannounced and was incredibly rude and belittling! he came when it was warm and sunny out, so of course there was no draft and told me there was nothing they can do and once again contact the window manufacturer! feels like they didn’t replace any insulation and just put framing up and called it good. and just add onto it all when they installed the windows they left fingerprints of glue all over the window frames, Left nails inside and outside the house when “finished” the job. my toddler found them so we had to clean there mess after! it’s been horrendous dealing with them!!!they also did not frame it properly. i’ll attach photos. apparently they are okay with this level of work.

They completely redid our entire house and built us a garage, and we were — and still are — beyond happy with the work and the overall experience.From start to finish, communication was outstanding. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Andrew is very knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed in a very timely manner. The window installer, Morgan was very professional and very friendly and made the experience a pleasure. Jordan, came out to do the finishing trim and was a pleasure to have in our home as well. Great Windows great service thank you guys. Will definitely be telling our friends and Neighbors about the wonderful job they did. Highly recommend them.
From the beginning we have been extremely happy with Trend. Our quote was not pushy, and they did not try to upsell us on anything, just gave educated answers to our questions and then we could decide. We did shingles, siding, windows, and extended and covered our deck. To say were are happy is a complete understatement. The workers were prompt, skilled and took care of every tiny detail. They had great ideas and it turned out so much better than we could have even imagined. Would highly recommend Trend.
