Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise installation work; one particularly valued a tidy, on-schedule crew and help choosing windows. A customer with a failed-seal picture window appreciated replacing the glass rather than the whole window, while another reported vinyl double-hung windows that would not stay closed and new windows installed in rotten frames without a call.

Buying windows can be a stressful experience. Getting the right window and a proper installation is not always guaranteed. Anderson Glass made this entire process easy. Jim was great with presenting options and helped us to get the windows we wanted. Justin and the team of installers were amazing. No mess or tools laying around. Showed up when they said they would. The attention to detail was amazing. Truely felt like they cared about us and the house. Happy to recommend Anderson Glass to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

I waited over two years to post a review so I wouldn't state something out of frustration. Despite our discussion that we only desired high quality windows up front, the vinyl double hung windows that we had installed are of very low quality. The double hung windows do not stay closed as intended. We had Anderson remove our old windows and install new ones. We were out of town when the work was performed. They removed the old windows and installed new windows in rotten frames without calling to inform us the situation. From the outside of the building the craftmanship looks good, but the reality is that the double hung windows are of poor quality and do not function as intended. The special order windows from a different manufacturer function well and the windows that are not double hung function as intended. They were all installed in rotten frames though with no call.

Amazing work guys! I didn’t know who to call to get a couple windows replaced. I heard about Anderson Glass, so gave them a call. Brian was amazing. He came out didn’t an estimate, ordered the windows, and was able to squeeze me in when they had some down time. The installers were great. Highly recommend!

I love the guys at Anderson Glass Jim Justin and all the other guys do a great job. When I have something that I need fixed they usually have it it the next day and their prices are very fair. Been doing business now with them about 20 years would go nowhere else. Thanks again guys for the great job you always do for me Jeff verploegen

We have used Anderson Glass for projects on our home and for rentals. They have always done excellent work on a timely basis. The products that they used are first class. They saved us a bundle by replacing the glass on a picture window that had lost its seal, rather than having to replace the entire window with its frame. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and trust-worthy. We're fortunate to have this locally owned business in Great Falls.
