I had TC Glass replace a windshield on my car. They were SO helpful from the start and throughout the process. Amir helped me with everything and provided excellent customer. He was super responsive and catered everything to my needs. I highly recommend TC Glass, and I will be using them again in the future. Much respect!
TCGlass recently installed windows at my home. While the actual window work was completed, I cannot recommend this company due to their worker's extremely unprofessional conduct. After the service, I discovered that one of the workers had urinated in my backyard instead of requesting to use the bathroom that was readily available next to the work area. This is unsanitary and unacceptable, especially since they knew this space is used by my young child and pets. I've contacted the company about this incident and am awaiting their response. Potential customers should be aware of this level of unprofessionalism before hiring this company.It's really upsetting.
This was a very disappointing experience with TC glass. It took them over two weeks to even send us the email to approve the quote and then it was another 2 1/2 weeks or more before we even got our product. They said they were gonna call us when our order was done, however we had to call them to follow up and then found out it was delayed. When we got here to pick up our stuff it took forever!
TC Glass saved us an appreciable amount of time and work when we needed a glass surround for our newly-tiled shower. Moderate price for our out of the way location to design, purchase, and install glass. Carl and Charles were efficient, tidy and altogether outstanding. Many thanks!
We chose TC Glass after having three contractors bid on the replacement of our “picture window” that was scratched. The price quoted was right in the middle, and we chose them because we “felt comfortable” about their bid, expertise and quick follow up to our call. Their service and responsiveness from the start was Tops! The quality of the glass is excellent; they cut it to fit right here in GTF. During and after installation, questions were answered and issues addressed immediately. Cleanup after work was complete. Clear view and happy customers here.
