Working with Ryan at Custom Exteriors was absolutely exceptional. We recently had the pleasure of working with a highly professional company through our Home Insurance Agent. We hired Custom Exteriors and their POC Ryan, to have the damage to our home from recent hail storms repaired. Everyone employed or contracted through this company are professionals in their hired crafts from the management team to the roofers, gutter replacement and exterior painters! We could not be more pleased. Our home looks like the day my wife and I bought it. This work was completed on 7/21/25, To touch on a couple of most memorable encounters with these individuals. During their work we received an additional three hailstorms that caused damage to already repaired areas. The very next day workers were repairing once again areas that were freshly hit. To include Ryan who personally was repairing cracked window trim. When completed with a job these professionals would check in with us and ask if we’d like to inspect what they had accomplished for the day. They quickly cleaned up any trash or debris that was left over from their daily work events. They went so far as to move and replace gravel around the house where they were painting. This is a crew you could give the approval to get work and come back after vacation and know everything was done as it was intended!! We don’t look forward to anymore hailstorm repairs but we know who we’re calling should we ever need their assistance again! Thanks Everyone!!!
