Due to some miscommunication on my part, I thought Window Genie did not show up when they were scheduled. They showed up today and they did not disappoint. There were three delightful young men who greeted me and asked what exactly we wanted done. They worked efficiently and got the job done before it got dark. They were polite and respectful and even played with my goody dog who smiled at them several times to show his approval of their good work. Again, the miscommunication was on my part. I highly recommend Window Genie!
The crew arrived on time. Went right to work. The cleaned gutters and washed outside windows. They did the job in a timely manner. Our windows look great. They informed us that our gutters need some minor repairs.Thanks you Widow Genie on another great job

We have a 90 year old home with some original windows and had a frustrating experience with window genie. The owner contacted us right after the cleaning to let us know there were issues, however those issues were never resolved. I would recommend going with a cleaner who has experience with old windows if you have an old home.
They did a great job on the windows we just would have appreciated them being in the time frame that was indicated . We would have appreciated if they were running late to let us know as my husband planned this whole day around it. I've always been very pleased with Window Genie and have had their services for many years.
