First we would like to share our experience with the sales person . during our first meeting to sale us the two doors he shared that we would not start our payments until after the doors were installed .He assured us that the doors would be installed within six weeks . And by the Holidays ! After we picked out everything for the doors he had to come back twice .We were told what we picked out was no longer available ! We purchased the doors in mid Oct. 2025.My husband reached out twice trying to find out information about the doors .The sales guy would say I will check on it and get back with you which he never did . After several calls my husband ask him for his supervisor number .He said he could not give it to him but would have him call Jim this happened twice .We have been very dis appointed .We just now yesterday got the doors installed . The down stairs door was suppose to be tan on the inside and white on the out side .But it was the opposite . We have no concerns about the workers that completed the work . They worked very hard and did an excellent job .We hope this review will help someone else and not have the experience we have .
We met with Jason and Trent from Champion. Both men were very personable and knowledgeable. Jason Walker led the presentation, and he did an excellent job of making the details clear and demonstrating the insulating effect of their treated glass windows. Jason answered our questions clearly and completely, and he found illustrations of specific details we were looking for. Overall, we've had a great experience!
Had the a very good experience with the process. Took several months to get the actual windows from the manufacturer but once they got in delivered it was game on! The installers came as promised the morning after scheduling had everything button up by COB. I was also in constant update with our salesman Jeremy on this project which we felt was very nice of him to keep up with us on the entire process. Champion really did a great job for us.
The salesman Jason was very thorough with his presentation and very professional and personable. He spent much time explaining the process to me and making the windows FIT into my budget. I will post more as the process continues!The windows are installed and I’m so impressed! The installers were very efficient and knowledgeable. They paid attention to every detail and made every window perfect! They protected my floors and cleaned up perfectly! White Horse Construction, a local company trained in installation of Champion Windows , I highly recommend!
My experience with Champion from start to finish was exceptional. It was easy to go online and set up a next-day appointment. The salesman was professional and knowledgeable. I did have to wait a couple of months for my four doors to come in, but once they did the installation was scheduled timely. The installer was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Everything looked great when they left. No debris anywhere. I have to say these four doors were, in my opinion, very expensive. The price took me back, but I do believe you get what you pay for. The main selling points for Champion were the warranty on all my doors and the craftsmanship of their product. I would definitely recommend them.
