Waited a couple days to let things settle before writing this review. Workmanship, perfect! Quality, fantastic, even the floors next to the doors aren’t freezing as before and it’s been in the teens at night! Highly recommend this install team and product, professional, courteous and enjoyed having them around for a couple days!

Overall, this was a very pleasant and positive experience. The sales person underestimated the level of damage around my original windows, so It ended up taking a little longer than initially expected (a few hours into day 2.) I also wasn’t fully prepared for the plastic that they placed over everything in the rooms where they were working, particularly the kitchen and bedroom, resulting in it being difficult to get to my clothes and fridge or any food throughout the day. The final thing that I wasn’t quite prepared for was having to go through and check the opening and closing and removal of each of the windows before signing off on the project. Perhaps these are things that most people are aware of but, it being my first major project on my new home, these were new to me. Again, the overall experience was great. The price is high, but the quality seems to match. I suppose time will tell!
