Had a pocket door come off the track and had no idea how to fix it. A google search showed that I would need to remove the framing around the door to even start to figure out what might be wrong - something we are not comfortable doing. Not many companies seem to fix pocket doors, and WOWFix was one of very few that even mentions it on their site. Reviews looked good and decided to reach out. They contacted me within a day, told me an estimated price until someone could come out to take a look, confirmed schedules and provided a few options without being pushy. Jr was great to work with and super communicative while Eugene proved to be as competent as he is nice. Great team to work with - the pocket door is better than before and can't even tell the framing was removed and replaced. We enjoyed working with them so much that we are now having them fix a couple of cracked windows and installing a front storm door.

We hired this company to replace a couple windows and repair some rotting trim work around our back door. It took months for completion and the staff is difficult to work with. The trim work doesn't look polished at all. The custom windows feel cheaply made and we would never use this company again. We have had window replacements done at previous homes and was very pleased with them, but these feel cheap. Of course when Eugene gave us the invoice upon completion it was more than originally estimated. We are frankly shocked that this company got any good reviews, our experience was certainly not good. We will find a better window replacement company to do our other window replacements in the future.

Eugene and the folks at WowFix did a wonderful job with all our window problems, and there were many. We needed so many windows at my late parents’ home, and we needed window repairs at my house and theirs. Wowfix removed our windows that needed glass, took them to the shop, replaced and cleaned the windows and reinstalled them. Now they look like new. Then they replaced four huge window sets of various shapes and sizes. They repaired and replaced several of the window sills and casings. They were extremely reasonably priced, and they made sure we were very happy with everything before they left. Now the windows look wonderful, and we couldn’t be happier. We will stick with Wowfix for any other window needs in the future.
