Steer clear. Expensive, rude, and unprofessional. I've never felt compelled to write a negative review before. The quote I received from them was 66% higher than what 2 competitors came in at. That's just the start.... When I called them for a quote on new shower glass for a bathroom remodel, I was told to send pictures by email. After 4 days, I got no reply to the email. I called them back. They said they'd answer by email. In the email reply I finally received, they didn't even read the email. I was asked what color glass and hardware I wanted. (Only this was in the original email.) In all of the emails, not once did the person leave a name. When I declined the high price, I told them it was awkward that they never gave a first name, their response was: "I do 600k a month in sales. so i guess i'm doing something right." Receipt attached
Excellent local glass shop. They have been able to get me in same day both times I've been. The prices have been excellent both times and they always look for ways to help you out whenever they can. They gave me quotes on OEM and aftermarket glass and helped me figure out which one was the best for me
Driver's side window was smashed out in a break in. I just stopped by on a Friday morning to get a quote on replacing the window. I was amazed, they were less than half the price of other quotes. They had the window on site within 30 min and entire job was done in about another 30 minutes. Everyone was polite and helpful. Job was done well, very professional. They even vacuumed out broken glass that I hadn't gotten all out yet. I highly recommend Mt. Hood glass. And, you have the benefit of supporting a locally owned business. Everyone wins doing business here.

Great experience with this company. My rear window was broken by a thief, and I called Mt Hood Glass. They answered on the first ring and gave me a quote for a reasonable price.I brought it in and they repaired the window same day. Ed did a great job on the repair, and had good customer service.
