UPDATE: The trim was finally replaced earlier this week, and so far it seems to be holding up. I’ll continue to monitor, but the long delay and lack of communication made this a very frustrating experience.If I could give zero stars, I would. I had my windshield replaced here on June 5th with an OEE windshield, which should match OEM quality. On June 20th, while driving on the highway, the A-pillar trim popped off — a clear sign of poor installation. I messaged them right away — no reply. I went back to the shop on June 23rd. A technician checked the clip, tried to push it in, and said they would order a new pair of trims for me. I followed up with a call on July 15th and was told they’d get back to me. It’s now July 30th — still no update, no call, no resolution. The trim continues to pop out every few days — I have to keep pushing it back in. I also noticed adhesive glue between the A-pillar frame and the trim, which isn’t present on other vehicles of the same model. It makes me wonder if they broke the clip during the replacement and tried to hide it with glue instead of fixing it properly.
All-brite did an amazing job, they were friendly, very helpful with questions and they took their time to make my car look its best. I felt comfortable having them work on my car.
