HTR Windows and Doors Replacement & Installation

We highly recommend HTR. Our first contact with them was Michael who discussed and processed our order perfectly and has answered questions for us throughout the process. Zak and his help quickly & professionally installed our 12 triple pane windows and we are pleased that they are holding the heat in so much better then the old windows. We are using less fuel to heat and expect our NSP bills to reflect that. Thanks for an excellent process all the way through .

We used HTR windows to do a retrofit of old windows on a 1947 house. The sales person, Michael, offered excellent service and exceeded all expectation. All other staff were courteous and professional. The install was quick, and nicely done. Great Job!

From the beginning, when speaking with the sales representative, we had quick follow ups, detailed demonstrations of the products, and clear communication. The day of the project, they arrived early in the morning, they introduced themselves and walked us through the process. They were clean, autonomous with clear communication on the progress of the project. They were quick and efficient, and the windows are clear, clean, and seamless looking (a retrofitting project to an older home). Would strongly recommend for your door and window replacements.

Despite weather delays, Michael was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Martin and Antoine were highly professional, working diligently to complete the job on time while maintaining a clean and careful approach. Thank you for delivering the look and quality we envisioned. It was a pleasure having your team work on our project—we absolutely love our new windows and sliding door!
