Matheson Windows & Doors (2006) Ltd

Matheson Doors and Windows was an exceptional company to deal with. They arrived well prepared and were efficient in their execution of 6 window replacements, 3 of which were entire casements. Matt, the crew foreman kept us well informed of any arising repairs during the replacement and was skilled in the remediation of water damage from the original installation. The crew members were polite, professional and left the site clean and tidy when they completed the job. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use Matheson for any future work. Thank you!

Contracted them to do a bathroom-to-bedroom conversion, and their work was top-knotch. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had with patience while not being condescending. Work was of high quality, and the crew was a delight. Would recommend to anyone!

I received a quote for the work regarding my door replacement and repair to my soffit and fascia that was high. But I figured you pay for quality and they were well reviewed. The doors were installed well. The soffit and fascia however were a disaster. They sent a subcontractor (without informing or asking me that it was going to be contracted out to a third party) who worked 4 hours destroying my existing soffit and repaired nothing and called the job complete. Matheson admitted he was a rookie and I agreed he should come back under supervision to redo the job. He did come back but still did subpar work. I was then assured he would fix the project though he chose not to show up either time. Finally they sent out professionals who did manage to get the fascia correctly installed but they never repaired/replaced the soffit initially covered up (but not repaired by the amateur) nor installed gutters that were included in the quote I was given and asked to pay. In the weeks that went by between the subcontractor and the actual company a family of squirrels moved into my garage and set up a nest which I was left to deal with and assured the job was complete…

I have so much appreciation for the outstanding service and quality work we received from Matheson Windows and Siding, throughout our recent home residing and window project. I would like to highlight the professionalism and meticulous attention to detail exhibited by Cole and Brian during the installation. Their dedication and craftsmanship truly stood out, ensuring that every aspect of the project was handled with the utmost care and precision. It was a highlight of my day to see them drive in each morning as I knew they were treating our property with the pride and respect I would, sharing the common goal of bringing it back to life after the fires. Additionally, we were immensely impressed by the entire window team along with Jacob, whose expertise was evident in every step. The support we received from James along the way further solidified our confidence in the process, making us feel assured and at ease from start to finish. Throughout the entire journey—from sales and production to installation, the day by day and beyond—we felt supported and confident, even during what was a particularly stressful time in our home ownership, and a challenging insurance claim process. Your team's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. Now, we look forward to enjoying our home, feeling safe and secure with its beautifully redone exterior. We are confident in the quality of the work completed and appreciate the peace of mind it brings. While we’re waiting on the final piece of the front door, I smile wide at the completed work! Thank you once again for your exceptional support!! We will be recommending Matheson Windows and Doors to our friends, family, and colleagues with the highest regard.
