We had an excellent experience with Windows Plus. Originally, we had our windows quoted by another contractor located near them, but that process was frustrating due to poor communication and delays. By pure luck, I made a wrong turn one day and noticed Windows Plus, so I decided to stop in—and I’m so glad I did. From the very beginning, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They reviewed the quotes we had from the other company, came to inspect our home promptly, and provided a fair, transparent estimate. Within a few months, our new windows were installed without any issues. The workmanship was outstanding, the installers were professional and courteous, and the overall process was simple and stress-free. I worked primarily with Eric and Mark, and they were both fantastic—friendly, efficient, and focused on great customer service. Thanks so much for the fantastic job, we had a number of windows replaced and our siding done. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to everyone, a great deal of care and attention to detail. The work crew noticed gaps in our insulation and took the time to point that out and help us fill it in around some of our older windows. (Many people wouldn’t have taken that time , just slapped the casing over it and we’d have never known.) You guys knocked it out of the park, appreciate it very much.

Had several quotes to install 5 windows and trim off a patio door. I knew Windows Plus would be installing my windows 5 minutes after Jamie showed up to start the quote process, Excellent service start to finish, everything happened exactly how Jamie said it would.
