Hello Halton Window and Door Team: Mike, Anthony, Shannon and Marie (and of course, your professional installers Martin and Alex,I originally found out about you at the Georgetown Highland Games (I'm a Scottish Snare Drummer in one of the bands). In June of 2025 you had a display booth set up manned by one of the owners (Mike) and daughter Shannon. I had been interested in getting four of my windows done and was impressed with your display and easy going, no-pressure, friendly personalities. I had got a quote from Renewal by You-Know-Who (wow, they were expensive and overkill for a house build in the 1960s). Obviously I was curious to see what your quote would be. You guys came in at 1/3 of the cost! So I decided there and then to have most of the windows replaced. October was the installation date, and Martin and Alex did an amazing job! I was so impressed that I had my mother's house done including all the doors (in the winter no less)! Again Martin and Alex did a phenomenal job!! How they did it in that cold weather February weather and in three days was beyond me! Martin ran out of aluminium trim (as the sliding doors at the back of the house used up most of what they had), so he told me he called his friend Igor (who lived in the vicinity) to come Saturday and finish the trim. He assured me that Igor was really good. I had to work on Saturday (which happened to be another one of those -20C days) but when I came home, sure enough, it was complete and very nicely done! I didn't think the sealant would flow nicely, but they had special extreme weather sealant which they put on warm, so no issues there.I will close by stating that the customer service you provide makes all the difference! And I must add, you went the extra mile to come to Toronto (literally). I am very, very happy!
Like everything else out there, we are bombarded with ads coming from everywhere......actually who knows where? I recently replaced some large picture windows, and decided to use the Halton Window & Door Company. Was very happy with the way the quote was handled, absolutely no pressure, which helped me make the right decisions. The installers were also on top of their game. Very happy with the finished product. Thank you Marie, Mike and Anthony for the excellent service. Please note: I had a number of other windows replaced 12 years ago. Although the windows look similar, there is no comparison as to the quality, and smoothness of the installation process from Halton Window & Door!
Showroom staff were very friendly and helpful with our selections. We purchased a new front door and two bathroom windows to finish a bathroom renovation. The installers took only 3 hours to complete both jobs and we were very happy with their work.

After getting a few different quotes, they were the only company able to give us exactly what we wanted within our price range. The quality of their work is excellent, and their customer service was friendly and professional!
We recently had all new windows installed through Halton window and door at my parents house, and they were amazing! The quality of the product is outstanding and all the windows and patio doors slide so easily and smoothly! Mike and his team were fantastic throughout the whole install and I would give them 10 stars if I could!! We will be contacting them when we do our new windows for our house!
