Award Windows Inc.

We had an excellent experience with Award Windows from start to finish. Jason was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The installers were also fantastic: professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. The fit, feel, and finish of the doors exceeded our expectations, and the communication from the company was clear and consistent the whole way through. We’re extremely happy with the results and would absolutely use them again for any future window and door projects. Highly recommend!

We recently had Award Windows install new windows and doors in our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Our sales rep, Jason, was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, responsive, and never pushy. He walked us through the options clearly and made the whole process easy. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive and offered great value for the quality we received. The installation team was professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. The finishing details were flawless — everything looks clean, tight, and perfectly done. They also left the job site spotless each day, which we really appreciated. We did have a minor issue with one window pane after installation, but their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly and replaced it promptly with no hassle at all. Award Windows delivered great pricing, quality workmanship, and strong follow-through. Highly recommend.

I recently got a few windows replaced as well as an installation of French doors by Award Windows and I couldn’t be happier with them. Jason is a pleasure to work with, and the install team worked quickly and efficiently and were very respectful throughout the install process. It was all very reasonably priced as well! I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

The experience from start to finish was seamless. Jason came to my home being very kind and knowledgeable on the company’s products, designs, colours. He gave excellent and tasteful input without making me feel pressured into making hasty choices. I was given ample time to select as well as opportunity to rethink. The installers Jack and Mike were professional and did a fabulous job. When I noticed a rather minor area that needed a touch up, Jack came within days and kindly remedied it. In summary, I am truly pleased with the end product. My family was in awe at how elegant the new door and sidelights look. Stunning curb appeal. Gorgeous colour. I would without hesitation recommend this company.

We had some windows and a patio door installed in June 2022. Jason was great, answered all of our questions and came to the house with samples when requested. The installers were great, very professional and courteous. We asked for a specific cladding pattern and they were able to accommodate our wishes. We have recently ordered some more windows and I am eager to have the whole house finished. I love my new windows. I would recommend Award Windows.
