Extremely happy with the product and work quality. The installers were courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I liked the fact that Brookstone keeps contact with us to see if there are any issues with the windows. A great experience so far.

Brookstone Windows came to my mothers house to install a patio door and a bedroom window.
The bedroom window was installed fine, however, the patio door was not. The functionality of the patio door is fine but the trim work and attention to detail is atrocious. As someone who does renovations for a living, if I was with my mom at the time of installation I would not have accepted that work.
- Blobs of wood dough not smoothed out
- Mitres for the trim weren’t even and left open
- Blobs of latex everywhere
- Too lazy to latex the sides of the trim
Overall just very sloppy work and no pride in their work.

We had 10 windows installed. We were satisfied with every step. Erika helped us pick the right window, with the opening and view we wanted. The measurements were done well, so I could keep my original California shutters. Lastly, George and Serhii installed all the windows and trim/aluminum in 2 days. They were efficient, tidy and gave us quality workmanship. Thank you Brookstone!
