I was out on an appointment when he came & he dealt with my husband. when I called to have him come back another day and explain to me what’s going on with one of my windows that I have condensation. He came back. He was super friendly and helpful, and explained everything I was scared of mould because I lived in a house with mold, and he helped me ease my worries.Hes also gonna put in a report to fix my entire window in my living room because im missing a panel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!I never gave them my job because their price was ridiculous! I needed two mirrors cut for small night stand table drawers. They will charge you $339!!!! Haha….. too funny! ?? I can buy 3 new table with this amount. Another glass cutter quoted me $33 each! You do the math. Oh and it was a rectangle cut! Nothing special.this was a family business and we be purchased many times before. Price was great. Service was great. I believe this a new family running it now. I did not like the attitudes there AT ALL! Some people just aren’t built for doing business.2 drawers @$40 each = $80 +(HST $10.40)= $90.402 holes per drawer @$110 each =$220 (HST $28.60)TOTAL———- $339.00!I even asked you to do 1 hole for the knob instead of two, expecting the price to be lower, but NO! 1 or 2 holes is still $110! That was your response.I don’t have extra time to waste to write you a bad review. I just want others not to waste their time coming down to you. It seems like you are investing heavy on google advertising too.good luck!!
